How to Mail Your Item for Engraving
Simple, Step-by-Step Shipping for a Seamless Experience
Step 1: Package Your Item
Securely package the item you wish to have engraved (e.g., jewelry, glass, leather).
Step 2: Purchase Your Shipping Labels
Purchase two prepaid shipping labels from your preferred carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS):
One label to ship your package to us
- One label to ship your package to us
- One PREPAID RETURN label for your engraved item
Note: Most carrier websites (likeUPS, USPS, FedEx, drop-off/curbside, or bringing it in person.) have a simple option to create a return label when you create your original shipping label.
Step 3: Ship Us Your Package
Affix the label to your box and mail it.
Include the prepaid return label inside the box.

Step 4: We Inspect & Invoice
We’ll inspect your item and email or text a secure invoice for engraving.
Step 5: Pay & We Ship It Back
Once paid, we engrave and ship your item back within 24 hours using your prepaid return label.
